Our room was brand-new and well priced, with central heating, a work desk, and television. The location was perfect and quiet, staff were HOSPITABLE.

Thepersonal was veryhelpfull. I was on a trip with my mother 91 years and my ant of 74 year. What ever we requestet we got, there was no problem.

The Hotel is INSIDE the old historical centre but not in the main crowded street. Perfect.

The room we stayed was huge and made us feel like we were actually living in that era. Amazing. It also have a fireplace even though I do not know if its possible to use it.

The restaurant here was pleasant with very good food. We both ordered amazing dishes. - the location was amazing, just a short stroll away from Porte Haute. - There were a market and a bakery around the hotel.

We stayed at a lovely hotel in a bustling town. Our room was quiet, comfortable, and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. Although the town was touristy, we enjoyed our peaceful stay at this out-of-the-way gem. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in a less-than-perfect town.

The traditional hotel is situated in the heart of the beautiful city of Riquewihr.

The employees are rude and unwillig to help.It seemed, guests bother them. No services orientation. The hotel is hot, stuffy and noisy due to a air condidition system for the kitchen during the day. The hotel has no parking lot. The shower curtain is calcified, the bedcovers are plain bed sheets. No Wifi. The breakfast - for additional 8 € - consists of a few peaces of baguette, plastic packed jam/butter and horrible coffee: No value for the money. Bed & Breakfasts by local people in the area have a much better standard.
